What you need to know before arriving to your appointment
During your initial exam visit, Dr. Russell will meet with you to gain a comprehensive understanding of your needs and concerns regarding your oral health. Then, after reviewing your dental and medical history, he will complete a thorough examination, diagnose your condition and explain the treatment options.
Patient forms will be mailed or emailed when you schedule your initial appointment. They are also available on our website. You may return them to the office prior to your appointment or if you prefer, arrive 15 minutes early the day of you exam to complete them in the office. If you have insurance, please bring any forms or cards to your appointment.
